The ninth cohort of ICECP coaches have completed the USA-based element of the program. Coaches undertook a 2-week education program at the University of Delaware, a weeks coaching apprenticeship at various college sites and finally a further 2-week education program at the US Olympic Training Centre.

Coaches are now challenged to take their learning back to their own countries and deliver a coaching project to drive change.
I am thrilled to support (from L to R) Bobson from Sierra Leone (swimming), Boike from South Africa (track and field), Edward from Papua New Guinea (taekwondo) and Rachel from Zimbabwe (rowing).
They have 6 months to drive some initial change before meeting in Lausanne at the IOC in April 2017.
Good luck friends.
