Congratulations to the 2016-2017 ICECP coaches who graduated this weekend in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Having started the International Coaching Enrichment Certification Program at the University of Delaware in September 2016, 33 coaches have spent the last 7 months applying their learning back in their own countries delivering sports-based coaching projects.

Sarah was delighted to mentor Boikie Gama from South Africa, Rachel Davis from Zimbabwe and Bobson Mansaray from Sierra Leone. All three coaches focused on creating coach development programs in order to support grass roots participation initiatives in athletics, rowing and swimming respectively.

In Lausanne, the coaches shared their impact stories at the impressive ANOC Head Quarters and got to spend time wandering the refurbished IOC museum and picnicking on the banks of Lake Geneva. A truly memorable week!
