With support from World Rowing (FISA), the Rowing Association of Zimbabwe (RAZ) recently undertook a sports performance review and strategic planing exercise to inform their planning for the upcoming quadrennial cycles (2018-2020-2024).
Hosted by RAZ at the historic St Georges School in Harare, Zimbabwe, and facilitated by Sarah with Rachel Davis (FISA technical expert and Zimbabwe national Olympic and Paralympic coach) the planning workshop focused on helping the newly convened technical advisory board to reflect on their:
- Reflect on their values, mission and vision
- Establish primary performance goals
- Create strategic and implementation plans to inform and guide development activity across three key areas (governance and management sports development and high performance)
e.t.c will continue to support and watch their progress and growth with interest..... good luck RAZ.
