We're thrilled to share that e.t.c coaching consultants has been actively involved in supporting the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Coaching Symposium, an initiative aimed at nurturing the next generation of collegiate Lacrosse coaches.
Launched in 2022, the symposium is a platform dedicated to introducing aspiring coaches to the college coaching profession, equipping them with essential tools, mentors, and valuable career connections. This year's symposium was a resounding success, featuring a blend of on-demand recorded sessions, live discussions, and interactive workshops led by esteemed IWLCA member coaches.
As part of our commitment to fostering the growth of new coaching talent, Julie Muller and I infused the symposium program with an online course and two webinars.
The first webinar delved into the power of Reflective Practice, encouraging aspiring coaches to be intentional in their self-reflection, embrace their strengths, and nurture a compassionate mindset towards themselves.
Building upon the success of the first webinar, the second session focused on Philosophy and Values, using the beloved character Ted Lasso as inspiration for meaningful discussions on coaching principles and behaviors.
Through our interactive approach, utilizing breakout rooms, chat bars, and whiteboard functionalities, we aimed to make the learning experience dynamic and impactful for all participants.
A heartfelt thank you to all the coaches who engaged with us, shared their insights, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to personal and professional growth.
